My career path: from business to transpersonal coaching and spiritual guidance
As a former executive trained at prestigious business schools in France and Spain, I began my professional career in the demanding world of technology companies. However, an existential crisis and a deep need to find meaning in my life led me to explore personal development, psychology, and brief therapies.
Today, I combine these two worlds: the effectiveness of coaching and the depth of personal and spiritual development, to help you reconcile performance and personal fulfilment.

With a degree in Psychology (University of Reims) and a Master’s in Amerindian Anthropology (UNED Madrid), I have also furthered my knowledge with certifications in:
Generative coaching (Robert Dilts and Stephen Gilligan)
NLP and Ericksonian hypnosis (Instituto Potencial Humano, NLP Academy, Instituto Erickson de Madrid)
Applied neuroscience (ANE Academy)
Creative Mind (Stephen Gilligan)
At the same time, I was initiated to Celtic and Nordic shamanism, and I had the opportunity to travel to Mongolia, Nepal, Mexico, and the Brazilian Amazon, both to learn on an anthropological level and to work on a spiritual and shamanic level with different traditions.
Therefore, my approach is transpersonal: it is not limited to your professional or personal goals, but helps you reconnect with your essence, to act in alignment with who you really are.
Why Energīa Spirit?

Energīa Spirit was born from a life journey filled with encounters, initiations, synchronicities, curiosities, travels and much more. That journey began with a desire to find serenity. So, I started with zazen meditation retreats and Tai Chi and Chi Kung classes. My curiosity led me to discover even more by re-exploring my values, beliefs and behaviours through Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Systemic Coaching and Generative Coaching. Finally, this curiosity took me to the confines of the Spirit and the Body. I began reading Akashic Records, Reiki (Mastery) and Shamanism. My travels also allowed me to encounter ancestral traditions and participate in ceremonies at sacred ceremonial sites. My Master’s degree in Amerindian Anthropology (in progress) and my third degree in Psychology give me new insights into this entire journey.
It is also this vital energy that allows us to live fully.
With my diverse experiences and sources of inspiration, I wish to accompany you in order to put your qualities, your skills, and your vision into action, and to give you keys to a different understanding of the world around us.
